719AL Series HPLC Autosamplers

VARIABLE VOLUME AUTOSAMPLER

The Alcott Model 719AL autosampler is a syringe style, partial or full-loop injection autosampler that accepts 8mm, 12mm or 15mm vials or microplates. Three injection volume ranges are available by choosing a 50µL, 250µL or 2mL syringe. Designed for HPLC and LC/MS applications, the 719al provides superior precision, accuracy, flexibility and reliability to your system.

OPERATION

Emulating a manual HPLC injection process, the 719AL has zero sample loss and can reproducibly make 1µL injections from micro inserts containing as little as 3µL of total sample. The diagram below illustrates the mechanical steps for injections with the Model 719AL.
