719D SERIES
Advanced Logic Dual
Plate Sample Injection Instrument The new 719D is a sample
injection instrument that has been expanded to be an "all in one" autosampler
for zero carryover, and increased capability for sample processing. Alcott knows
you are under pressure to produce quality results with no time for error. So,
the new 719D is designed to provide solutions for your front-end automation
injection needs.
Performance, Productivity, Time Savings,
Versatility.
Performance
- Carry over (cross contamination) is typically less than 0.001% or in most
cases non-detectable with an additional external needle wash station. This
makes direct sample injections into mass spectrometers or other highly
sensitive detection instruments advantageous. Show me the proof.
- The Alcott model 719D instrument is a double plate autosampler. Accuracy
is attained with injection volumes which range from 0.06µL to 2mL using
partial or full loop injections.
Productivity With this dual plate
autosampler, up to 192 samples may be processed in one run.

Time Savings
- The 719D was designed to save the user's time with speedy injection cycle
times and with an open architecture. All chromatography parts are easily
accessible, so maintenance, exchanging parts, repair, and sample plate
exchange are quick and simple.
- There is no waiting to finish a run for priority samples.
- This "all in one" sample preparation autosampler alleviates time consuming
manual sample prep work and uses less bench space.
Solid Phase Extraction - sample is deposited onto a trap cartridge which is
installed in the sample loop.
- Derivatization - The two plate feature allows for mixing samples of one
plate with samples of the other plate. This new capability increases the
number of possibilities for complexity of derivatizations.
- Reconstitution - Diluting dry samples and mixing.
- Dilution - Serially dilute and mix samples.
Versatility
- Unlike most autosamplers on the market today, this dual plate instrument
is designed to offer the user a variety of sample plate options. One can use
microplates as well as vial trays (8mm,12mm).
- The 719D fits all of your front-end automation needs. You are investing in
an instrument that is not brand specific and can be used in several different
applications such as HPLC, MS, LC-MS, SFC, IC, HDC, EOX, and HDC as well as
any analyzer that uses FIA. Customization is welcomed for the end user or OEM
possibilities.
- Customization of internal and external software is available to suit your
specific needs.
- A wide selection of valves allows for a variety of solutions. Additional
Benefits
- A smaller footprint compared to other autosamplers frees up bench space.
- Replacement of parts has been made economical and easy to save you money,
effort, and time.
- Selectable needle depth allows flexibility for using different kinds of
sample plates.
- Windows software is available for remote PC control.
- Durable, chemically resistant case protects against damage from spills.
